Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build simulation and benchmarking platforms to test AI agents against real-world scenarios
- Create intuitive no-code content management tools for guiding and testing AI agents
- Develop software methodologies and systems for the non-deterministic behavior and natural-language interactions of AI agents
- Accelerate agent creation through generative development tools and explore self-improving systems using real-world interactions, customer feedback, and self-play
Requirements
- At least four years of hands-on experience building production products and systems
- Experience and comfort building and shipping full-stack solutions
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Passion for frontier AI products and motivation to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy environment
- Preferred experience building AI-powered products
- Preferred experience with Go and TypeScript
- Preferred experience building developer tooling, programming languages, or databases
- A sharp eye for design is preferred
- Leadership experience on technical projects or teams is preferred
