Responsibilities
- Develop logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Drive business initiatives and translate user requirements into specified IT requirements.
- Work with stakeholders, developers, architects, vendors, and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Create test scenarios and test cases and execute integrated system tests.
- Participate in System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and production implementation.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business contacts.
- Develop expert-level understanding of local systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal instructions, internal control standards, and external regulatory requirements.
- Manage and drive delivery from the initial stage through final implementation.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience with securities application systems or algorithmic trading systems; experience at a local securities company is preferred.
- Must pass the securities industry qualification exam as required by the Chinese regulator CSRC.
- Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Experience or knowledge of the China securities market.
- Good knowledge of SDLC and experience as a business analyst and system analyst.
- Basic understanding of Linux, Windows OS, and databases.
- Vendor experience is preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale projects is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, time-management, stakeholder-influencing, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
