Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end, from prototyping to maintenance and iteration.

- Create clear guidelines and documentation for data contributors.
- Develop and manage quality standards for projects, including training content reviewers.
- Monitor, debug, and improve reliability and contributor success rates.
- Co-author specs with researchers for new data formats.
- Ship developer tooling and environments to enhance contribution flows.
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
- Organized and process-oriented mindset with attention to quality.
- Foundational full-stack skills, with experience in React and a modern backend language.
- Strong technical judgment balancing speed and quality.
- Deep resourcefulness with AI and prompt engineering.
