Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end deployments from design to implementation and rollout.
- Bridge customer operations with product to create automated workflows.
- Identify patterns and opportunities to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- Experience in coding with TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and web app architecture.
- Ability to engage directly with customers to troubleshoot and deliver solutions.
- Willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
- Comfortable troubleshooting complex systems under pressure.
