Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical implementation from post-sales handoff through go-live.
- Configure and fine-tune AI models for customer-specific use cases, including prompt engineering and model behavior adjustments.
- Structure customer data and build integrations with ERP systems and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Develop rapid prototypes and evolve successful solutions into scalable implementations.
- Translate customer pain points into engineering decisions while working with technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Identify product gaps and usage patterns and communicate them to the core engineering team.
Requirements
- Native German fluency is essential.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with Python, React, TypeScript, SQL, and API development.
- Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems, including ERP systems such as SAP and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Practical experience with LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering, including adapting model behavior to business domains.
- Experience handling messy real-world data and building reliable structures quickly.
- Ability to work across engineering, product, and customer environments with strong ownership and communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity, legacy systems, and a scrappy, high-intensity work culture.
Benefits
- Salary range of €80,000–€130,000 per year.
- On-site role in Munich, Bavaria, Germany; candidates must be based in Munich or willing to relocate.
