Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to define GenAI and data analytics solution strategies and develop customer success cases in Thailand.
- Localize solutions for Southeast Asia and develop market-specific differentiators.
- Lead qualification activities through demos, presentations, architecture design sessions, and technical workshops.
- Own RFPs, RFIs, and hands-on POCs from planning through execution, collaboration, and contract conversion.
- Provide technical and industry thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Solution, Product, Strategy, and R&D teams to influence the product roadmap using regional market feedback.
- Build or improve tools and processes to scale customized technical POCs.
- Present business and technical value to C-suite, business, and technical stakeholders across APAC.
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and adoption of ByteDance solutions for existing customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
- Preferred experience in AI, data analytics, IT consulting, solutions, or pre-sales roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills demonstrated through relevant past projects.
- Product experience in GenAI, public cloud, or edge networks such as CDN is preferred.
- Experience with large enterprise clients in industries such as retail, media, entertainment, or gaming is preferred.
- Basic to advanced developer skills are a plus.
