Responsibilities
- Deliver presales cloud product demonstrations to partners and explain the technical and commercial value of Pax8 solutions.
- Provide post-sales deployment and configuration assistance, including troubleshooting unfamiliar customer environments.
- Drive initial configuration and architecture guidance across customer environments.
- Assist partners with proof-of-concept deployments and respond to requests for information.
- Work with Sales as a subject matter expert and create product-specific guides and videos.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of technical and/or presales experience.
- Full language proficiency in Thai and English.
- Certification in at least one of Microsoft MS900, MS100, MS101, AZ900, CompTIA A+, Security+, or Network+.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts simply, engage customers, collaborate effectively, learn new platforms, and troubleshoot deployments.
