Responsibilities
- Assess and coach clients’ IT teams and define IT strategies and architecture solutions.
- Translate business needs into conceptual architectures, detailed technical blueprints, and scalable integrated systems.
- Own delivery for a specific project module and develop technical concepts for that module.
- Design infrastructure automation, scalability plans, high-availability solutions, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Apply governance, compliance, security, performance-monitoring, and cost-management practices.
- Design or implement end-to-end GenAI and agentic solutions such as RAG pipelines, AI agents, and automations.
- Coach project members and help lead consultants in their workstreams.
Requirements
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, technical project management, complex IT solutions, and system integrations.
- Spanish is mandatory and fluent English is required.
- Experience with enterprise software platforms, middleware, APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, GDPR, DORA, regulatory requirements, infrastructure automation, scalability, and disaster recovery.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, security monitoring, vulnerability assessment, and threat detection is desirable.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning versus prompting, agents, and context windows.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping code with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
- Experience implementing at least one real GenAI or agentic solution end-to-end beyond using a single managed cloud AI service.
- Experience guiding development teams and working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience delivering technology solutions in Banking, Insurance, Energy, or Telecommunications is preferred.
