Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and integrate custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Work with Pega process flows, activities, UI elements, reporting elements, decision-management techniques, and multiple Pega frameworks.
- Implement integrations using SOAP, HTTP connectors and services, REST services, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Integrate applications with databases and external systems.
- Use Pega tools including Live-UI, Clipboard, and Tracer.
- Understand application environments and perform deployment activities.
- Write and execute unit test cases according to requirements.
- Apply object-oriented programming concepts and handle client calls independently.
Requirements
- Pega Platform experience is required, including knowledge of Pega process flows, activities, UI elements, reporting, decision management, integrations, and frameworks.
- At least 3 years of experience is required, with an overall minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
- Experience in Python development, prompt engineering, application development, and system integration is required.
- Mandatory Pega certifications are CSA and CSSA; CUIS is optional.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle pressure situations are required.
- React.js and Node.js are good-to-have skills.
- Certification in Anthropic, AWS, or Google is good to have.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
