Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and maintain custom software solutions and application components.
- Work extensively with Pega process flows, activities, UI elements, reporting elements, decision management techniques, and multiple Pega frameworks.
- Implement integrations using SOAP, HTTP connectors and services, REST services, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Integrate applications with databases and external systems.
- Use Pega Live-UI, Clipboard, and Tracer tools.
- Understand project environments and perform deployment activities.
- Write and execute unit test cases according to requirements.
- Handle client calls independently and manage pressure situations during project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required, with an overall minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
- Strong Pega Platform experience, including process flows, activities, UI and reporting elements, decision management, integrations, frameworks, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Experience with Python development, application development, system integration, and prompt engineering.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and unit testing.
- Mandatory Pega CSA and CSSA certifications; CUIS certification is optional.
- Good communication skills and ability to handle client calls independently.
- React.js and Node.js experience is good to have.
- Anthropic, AWS, or Google certification is good to have.
