Responsibilities
- Research and build agentic AI systems powered by LLMs and VLMs.
- Advance post-training techniques to enhance model capability and reliability.
- Improve performance and scalability of foundation models across various stages.
- Design evaluations and benchmarks for models in real-world scenarios.
- Collaborate with teams to implement research into production applications.
- Track frontier research and publish findings at top AI/ML venues.
Requirements
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with AI/ML research experience.
- Deep understanding of foundation models, with expertise in LLMs, VLMs, RL, or agentic systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning and product prototyping.
- Proficient in Python and PyTorch for model building and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose model behavior and improve pipelines.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude in a fast-paced environment.
