Base Salary
$131k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify inefficient operational processes, prototype solutions, and own them through production deployment.
- Automate account operations across entire portfolios rather than handling accounts individually.
- Build AI-driven workflows for technical support tasks such as issue triage, routing, and system synchronization.
- Develop customer-facing self-service flows in Plaid’s dashboard.
- Instrument systems, collect metrics, and evaluate the impact of shipped work.
- Create documentation, lead demos, onboard internal teams, and support software in production.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and maintaining production software.
- Demonstrated initiative identifying and resolving manual or inefficient processes.
- Experience working closely with technical products or customer-facing operations.
- Ability to write SQL, instrument features, and measure outcomes with data.
- Strong technical communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort using AI coding tools and building systems that leverage AI agents.
