Base Salary
$150k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement an enterprise software platform integrating Freeform’s sales, manufacturing, and other business processes.
- Develop applications tracking the lifecycle of millions of parts across thousands of customers.
- Act as an engineer, product owner, and team lead by scoping features, assigning tasks, managing delivery pace, and producing results.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering teams, and operations disciplines to gather requirements and solve complex problems.
- Design scalable, resilient, high-quality systems with strong reliability and security.
- Maintain accessible and reliable backend data models for business intelligence users.
- Design and develop functional, intuitive user interfaces to improve system usability.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least five years of professional software development experience using Python, Go, Java, or similar technologies.
- Experience with backend web frameworks such as Flask or Django.
- Experience with frontend web frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Experience building applications that interact with SQL and non-relational databases.
- Ten or more years of software development experience is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes serving as a team lead, architect, product owner, or in a similar technical leadership role.
- Preferred experience architecting and implementing complex systems such as ERP, MRP, MES, CRM, e-commerce, logistics, warehouse management, or fleet management platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to gather and define requirements from technical audiences are preferred.
