Responsibilities
- Manage multiple software projects with teams of 4–5 software engineers.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for fixed-price and time-and-materials projects.
- Design, develop, install, integrate, test, maintain, and deliver software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, code walkthroughs, proofs of concept, system testing, UAT, demos, and technical reviews.
- Prepare and review system architecture, external specifications, internal specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, Function and Delivery Heads, management, and other stakeholders on technical and project matters.
- Review contracts, perform risk analysis and mitigation, provide weekly status updates, and ensure process, quality, and system compliance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience implementing Newgen products including NewgenONE, iBPS, Omnidocs, and Record Management System.
- At least 2 years of experience implementing Newgen products including NewgenONE, iBPS, Omnidocs, and Record Management System.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL/Oracle, J2EE, JUnit, Mockito, JQuery, JavaScript, and related Java technologies.
- Knowledge of Eclipse, GitHub, SoapUI, Postman, Jira, and SVN.
- Knowledge of web application security, REST/SOAP APIs, performance, scalability, and third-party integrations such as Corpass, SingPass, and Core Banking.
- Experience or familiarity with Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss, DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins, Sonar, and Business Process Management platforms.
- Participation across the software development lifecycle, including detailed design, coding, reviews, testing, UAT, demos, POCs, installation, and maintenance.
