Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Design, implement, and test features for safe configuration deployments.
- Manage distributed-systems, API-development, and large-scale user-migration challenges.
- Define, monitor, and improve Service Level Indicators and Objectives for reliable and efficient configuration deployments.
- Perform root cause analysis of production issues.
- Apply AI agentic tooling to improve system operability and engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with other teams and service owners to deliver configuration rollout solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Two years of experience with software development, or one year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
- Two years of experience with Go.
- Two years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, and system development.
- Experience with Agile software development.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: two years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
- Preferred: experience with generative AI agents, API development, and cloud.
Benefits
- Ireland base salary of €100000–€102000 EUR, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
