Responsibilities

- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment.

- Guide the evolution of Sierra's platform by identifying customer needs.
Requirements
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
- Ability to work directly with customers to solve real-world problems.
- Strong Japanese communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
