Responsibilities
- Own technical strategy for key FSI customers in Japan.
- Lead high-impact evaluations and designs for priority FSI use cases.
- Connect architecture to outcomes, demonstrating value to customers.
- Shape the ecosystem by collaborating with cloud providers and fintech partners.
- Mentor other Solutions Architects and contribute to reusable resources.
Requirements
- 10+ years in data platforms, analytics, or cloud architecture.
- 6+ years working with large Financial Services institutions in Japan.
- Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead technical discussions in Japanese.
- Deep hands-on background in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing/Analytics, AI/ML, or Cloud Architecture.
- Experience designing data solutions for FSI use cases.
- Strong understanding of the Japan FSI landscape and decision-making processes.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills in both Japanese and English.
