Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Java 17 microservices using Spring Boot.
- Build event-driven applications using Kafka and Azure messaging services.
- Deploy applications using Azure cloud services and container platforms.
- Integrate APIs with Azure API Management.
- Work on cloud modernization initiatives and microservices migration.
- Integrate applications with AI/LLM-based services when required.
- Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams on cloud deployments.
- Guide developers and ensure coding best practices.
- Lead modules or small engineering teams while delivering scalable enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required.
- The posting additionally specifies an experience profile of 8–11 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and Kafka.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure API Management, Cosmos DB, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment pipelines.
- Basic understanding of LLMs and generative AI, with exposure to LLM APIs or AI integrations.
