Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for assigned modules, including business-process linkages, dependencies, and required changes.
- Facilitate application solution design under Project Manager guidance and ensure alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
- Review module-level code, resolve technical queries, and create consistent replication patterns.
- Perform root-cause analysis and modify software code to resolve errors, adapt to hardware and software changes, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces.
- Validate configurations, facilitate application integrations, and address dependencies during deployment.
- Prepare user training documents and related frameworks to support application adoption.
- Collaborate with project managers and internal and external stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with Apigee Enterprise and the API Management Platform.
- Experience with application solution design, code review, configuration, troubleshooting, integration, and software deployment activities.
