Responsibilities
- Partner with client business, data, technology, security, and ServiceNow stakeholders to identify and deliver AI and Data Intelligence use cases.
- Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve production-ready AI applications, workflows, integrations, and reusable delivery components.
- Build pipelines and integrations to ingest, transform, enrich, index, govern, and retrieve structured and unstructured enterprise data.
- Develop RAG, semantic-search, enterprise knowledge, document-processing, vector-search, and access-aware retrieval solutions.
- Build Claude and other LLM-powered applications with prompt and context engineering, structured outputs, tool use, agentic workflows, MCP, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Integrate AI and Data Intelligence capabilities with ServiceNow workflows, APIs, data, knowledge, and user experiences.
- Create evaluation datasets, test plans, observability, logging, tracing, monitoring, feedback loops, and LLMOps/DataOps practices.
- Apply security, privacy, responsible-AI, access-control, governance, audit, and regulatory requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Communicate technical designs, tradeoffs, risks, findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute reusable code, architecture patterns, accelerators, evaluation assets, playbooks, demos, and internal documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, cloud engineering, systems integration, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience building applications, data pipelines, integrations, APIs, automations, or cloud-based services.
- Strong proficiency in Python; JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, SQL, or similar languages are valuable.
- Experience with structured and unstructured data, relational databases, document repositories, APIs, and cloud storage.
- Experience with SQL, data transformation, data modeling, ETL/ELT, data ingestion, or data integration.
- Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, semantic search, prompt engineering, AI agents, or LLM APIs.
- Experience building API-driven integrations using REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, service accounts, and authentication or authorization patterns.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of Git, code review, testing, debugging, documentation, and agile delivery practices.
- Strong problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and client-collaboration skills.
- Ability and willingness to work directly with clients in consulting and professional-services environments.
- Preferred experience with Claude, Anthropic API, Anthropic Console, Claude Code, Anthropic Academy, or Anthropic partner enablement.
- Preferred experience with RAG systems, Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Azure AI Search, Vertex AI Search, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Preferred experience with agentic AI, tool use, function calling, workflow orchestration, Model Context Protocol, or secure AI-to-system integrations.
- Preferred experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Microsoft Fabric, data cataloging, governance, lineage, or data-quality tooling.
- Preferred familiarity with ServiceNow development or architecture, including ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Agents, knowledge management, CMDB, ITSM, CSM, or HRSD.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, cloud-native services, data orchestration, monitoring, or observability tools.
- Relevant cloud, data, ServiceNow, AI/ML, security, or agile certifications are preferred.
