Responsibilities

Scope customer requirements and set implementations up for long-term success.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts.
Troubleshoot integration issues in production environments and guide customers toward scalable solutions.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve implementation friction.
Improve documentation, tooling, and internal processes to make future implementations faster and smoother.

4 to 5 or more years of relevant experience in field engineering, solutions engineering, technical implementation, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving integration issues in production environments.
Proficiency with modern web stacks and APIs, including REST, webhooks, or event-driven architectures.
Production experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
Comfort with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including data modeling for integrations.
Experience scoping technical requirements and designing implementation approaches collaboratively with customers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including customer-facing documentation and API guides.
Domain expertise in KYB, KYC, AML, regulated onboarding, or a closely related compliance area is strongly preferred.
Background as a Product Owner or Product Manager in fintech involving onboarding or compliance workflows is also considered.
Familiarity with containerization tools, message queues, or cloud platforms is a plus.
Must be available to work within European timezones.

Base salary range of EUR 93,000 to EUR 146,000 based on level, with a published leveling system and no individual salary negotiations.
Fully remote within European timezones.
Being based in or near Amsterdam is a strong plus.
The full team meets in person every six weeks.
