Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and support global Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications for Sales & Marketing and Quote to Cash.
- Analyze, design, and develop scalable technical solutions for projects and maintenance requests.
- Define business requirements and model business and systems processes using use cases, workflow diagrams, and data models.
- Document application architecture and technology portfolios and recommend improvements or alternatives.
- Troubleshoot production support issues, provide comprehensive solutions, and participate in the production systems on-call rotation.
- Communicate project topics and technical information to business users, IT management, staff, customers, and vendors.
- Mentor and coach team members and promote teamwork, open communication, and a customer-focused culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or other cloud ERP services, including functional consulting or product management in an ERP implementation.
- Experience with the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Sales & Marketing module is preferred.
- Expert problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Expert understanding of application development lifecycles, database design principles, and database performance optimization.
- Strong software engineering skills across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent understanding of Azure cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 8 years of equivalent experience.
- Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
