Responsibilities
- Architect technical solutions for customer integrations with Mithrl.
- Collaborate with AEs and customer success teams to design scalable deployment approaches.
- Build and maintain secure cloud infrastructure in AWS.
- Manage CI pipelines and automated testing environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for system health visibility.
- Support API integration and secure data movement between systems.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and serve as a technical point of contact.
- Contribute to documentation and internal playbooks for deployment.
Requirements
- Strong experience in solution architecture and DevOps or platform engineering.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services like EC2, ECS, and S3.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures for enterprise customers.
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
- Experience with CI systems and automated testing.
- Strong understanding of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to build monitoring and alerting systems.
- Strong communication skills for customer and stakeholder interaction.
