Responsibilities
- Build the robot-learning stack from the ground up.
- Design training infrastructure, data pipelines, and simulation environments.
- Train policies for manipulation and locomotion on legged platforms.
- Deploy systems in stages to build production trust over time.
- Collaborate with mechanical, perception, and robotics engineers.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on robot learning experience.
- Experience with sim-to-real transfer and debugging.
- Implementation experience with diffusion-based or flow-matching action policies.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML training infrastructure.
- Practical experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, or equivalent.
- Comfort with physical robots and debugging.
- Strong communication skills.
