Base Salary
$240k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship creator-facing and visitor-facing AI experiences end-to-end from prototype through production.
- Design multi-agent workflows involving prompting, tool use, retrieval, memory/state, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Create evaluation suites, regression harnesses, and quality metrics for AI outputs.
- Partner with product, design, data, platform engineering, and trust teams to translate user problems into product experiences.
- Optimize AI features for latency, reliability, cost, safety, and scale.
- Use production feedback, support signals, and behavioral data to improve models, prompts, policies, and products.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and a track record of shipping production systems end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered products, agents, chat systems, RAG workflows, or similar AI experiences.
- Experience building evaluations and quality harnesses for AI outputs.
- Strong product sense and the ability to make practical trade-offs around effort, scope, simplicity, and quality.
- Good judgment regarding safety, trust, privacy, abuse, and failure modes in AI systems.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
