Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SAP solutions using ABAP across enterprise applications and SAP modules.
- Translate functional specifications into technical design documents, provide estimates, and deliver required functionality.
- Work with Core ABAP architecture, reporting, ALE/IDocs, object-oriented programming, module pools, SAPscript, Smart Forms, BDCs, OData, enhancement techniques, and performance optimization.
- Develop and support RAP and cloud-ready programming solutions.
- Debug workflows, restart workflow tasks, and work with workflow-related transactions.
- Develop BRF+ rulesets and workflows and implement governance and validation capabilities.
- Work with master-data models, data-quality validations, enrichments, duplicate searches, and IDoc-based data replication.
- Assess the impact of new requirements on complex application suites and provide technical options and recommendations.
- Collaborate with distributed teams and organizations to deliver full-lifecycle implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience implementing SAP solutions using ABAP.
- Experience working with two or more ECC 6.0 modules, such as MM, FI, CO, WM, SD, PP, or HR, and/or GRC 10.1, GTS 10.1, MDG 7.0, or SCM 7.0.
- Knowledge of Core ABAP architecture, reporting, ALE/IDocs, object-oriented programming, module pools, SAPscript, Smart Forms, BDCs, OData, enhancement techniques, and performance optimization tools.
- Knowledge of RAP, cloud-ready programming, workflows, governance, validations, system landscapes, master-data transactions, and data models.
- Intermediate knowledge of BRF+ rulesets and BRF+ workflows.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities, full-lifecycle implementation experience, and experience developing technical options and recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a global distributed setting, collaborate effectively, and apply systems thinking.
- Willingness to travel abroad and within India as needed.
