Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, maintain, modify, and optimize full-stack software solutions.
- Design and execute test cases and automate software validation processes.
- Troubleshoot defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support software installation, deployment, monitoring, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare code documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications and respond to customer requests.
- Provide usability and serviceability feedback and report quality risks to stakeholders.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory full-stack MERN skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, and perform coding.
- Experience developing and automating software validation and test scenarios.
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve performance.
- Ability to document technical solutions, project activities, and status accurately.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
