Responsibilities
- Develop and implement crypto-related products such as exchanges and fiat gateways.
- Build large-scale software systems impacting millions of customers.
- Upgrade underlying infrastructure and architecture.
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot online incidents.
- Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using best practices.
- Guide junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in core Java and familiar with the Spring framework.
- Proficient in MySQL and familiar with at least one NoSQL database.
- Experienced in distributed system design and familiar with messaging middleware.
- Ability to cope with stress and quickly learn new knowledge.
- Good cross-team communication skills.
