Responsibilities
- Develop and implement crypto-related products, including exchange, fiat gateway, futures, margin, and lending systems
- Build large-scale software systems serving millions of customers
- Perform infrastructure and architecture upgrades
- Tune performance, troubleshoot online incidents, and refactor systems
- Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices
- Guide junior engineers’ daily work and share technical knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency in core Java and familiarity with the Spring Framework
- Proficiency in MySQL and familiarity with at least one NoSQL database
- Proficiency in distributed system design and familiarity with at least one messaging middleware technology and its underlying design principles
- Ability to handle stress and learn new knowledge quickly
- Strong cross-team communication skills
