Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, configuration, integration, and deployment of Cyberhaven’s solution in client environments.
- Understand client technical requirements and create customized datasets and DLP policy solutions.
- Analyze log files, debug software, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, support staff, and operations teams to deliver solutions on schedule.
- Deliver technical training to end users and advise clients on best practices and product value.
- Manage client updates, status meetings, post-implementation reviews, and escalations.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Cyberhaven product developments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Delivery Management, or Professional Services with endpoint security experience in cybersecurity and data loss prevention.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex technical solutions, preferably in professional services or consulting with endpoint security products.
- Experience with DLP solutions such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee DLP, Fortra/Digital Guardian, Trend Micro, Check Point, Next DLP, or Proofpoint.
- Understanding of data classification methodologies and DLP policy definition.
- Ability to manage strict timelines, prioritize work, and build mitigation strategies.
- Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting SaaS-based security or endpoint-agent technologies.
- Software debugging skills and knowledge of web technologies, APIs, data integration, system architecture, and network protocols.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, macOS administration, and Windows technologies including SCCM, GPO, Intune, registry configuration, and PowerShell scripts.
- Knowledge of system software design involving services, drivers, and agents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, equivalent advanced industry certifications, or 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
