Base Salary
$85k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance checks during internal development.
- Collaborate with engineers and PMs to clarify requirements.
- Craft structured test scenarios and scripts.
- Create and execute tests, recording findings.
- Participate in bug triage and release readiness reviews.
- Document and track bugs, working with developers for resolution.
- Prepare and maintain essential test plan documentation.
- Collaborate on test planning, execution, and results analysis.
- Manage time, reporting, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Act as a quality champion for the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
- Significant experience in a professional software development environment.
- Expert skills in designing and executing comprehensive test plans.
- Strong experience with testing methodologies and tools.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL.
- Experience working independently and collaborating with development teams.
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
- Full understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Drive to learn and share new things.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and domains.
