Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interfaces between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and federal HR systems.
- Build bidirectional payroll integrations using HCM Extracts and payroll costing flows.
- Develop Oracle Integration Cloud integration flows with adapters, orchestration, error handling, and retry logic.
- Implement API endpoints through the federal API Management gateway using OAuth 2.0, REST/JSON, and OpenAPI 3.0.
- Develop webhook-based, event-driven integrations for benefits, payroll, and personnel events.
- Create monitoring dashboards, alerts, and automated error-recovery workflows.
- Maintain integration designs, interface control documents, data mappings, and API documentation.
- Support FEHB Data Hub enrollment, reconciliation, and premium remittance integrations.
- Ensure integrations meet FIPS 140-3, CUI, and SCIM 2.0 requirements in coordination with cybersecurity teams.
- Build automated tools for parallel payroll validation testing.
- Resolve complex technical issues, mentor junior consultants, lead small initiatives, and guide Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM practices.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree and seven years of relevant experience, with additional experience substituting for the degree.
- At least seven years of integration development, API engineering, or middleware administration experience.
- At least five years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite, or similar integration platforms.
- Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenAPI 3.0.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM APIs, SOAP/REST services, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and BI Publisher.
- Experience with SFTP, message queuing, and batch file-based integration patterns.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git for integration artifacts.
- Ability to work in SAFe Agile teams and collaborate across functional, technical, and security groups.
- Preferred qualifications include eight or more years of Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle ERP Cloud integration experience, Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification, federal HR systems experience, federal API Management or FedRAMP experience, event-driven integration experience, federal data standards knowledge, and Python, Groovy, or JavaScript scripting experience.
