Responsibilities
- Analyze business process requirements and translate them into technical workflow designs.
- Design workflow solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow.
- Develop process applications, services, user-interface coaches, and integrations.
- Configure business rules and case management solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, and production support.
- Integrate Business Automation Workflow with Java components, databases, enterprise systems, and web services.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-base content.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, architects, and other technical teams.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience.
- Experience with banking, insurance, finance, or other enterprise workflow projects.
- Experience with IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet.
- Experience with OpenShift, container platforms, or cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Experience in solution design, customer-facing consulting, or technical leadership.
