Base Salary
$188k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision and architecture for the AI Workload Orchestration Platform.
- Design scalable, reliable orchestration primitives for AI workloads.
- Lead cross-team architecture reviews and drive alignment across teams.
- Define platform standards for reliability, observability, and operational excellence.
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and fairness issues.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster technical leadership.
- Represent the platform in technical reviews and influence broader strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems or cloud platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Go and experience with large-scale production systems.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes internals and scheduling mechanisms.
- Experience designing orchestration or resource-management platforms.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across teams.
- Strong operational mindset with experience in mission-critical systems.
