Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Support high-value RIA opportunities across the full sales cycle.
- Map current-state custodial and technology workflows and design target-state architectures.
- Lead and support implementations, integrations, and advisor enablement.
- Conduct discovery sessions with RIA stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Assess current technology stacks and identify gaps and inefficiencies.
- Design target-state technology architectures centered on Altruist.
- Deliver customized demos and presentations to potential clients.
- Document and refine standard operating procedures for critical workflows.
- Deliver training sessions and create reference materials for advisors.
- Act as a strategic partner to various internal teams to improve processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in RIA/wealth management or advisor-focused fintech.
- Proven experience in technology consulting, implementation, or sales engineering.
- Strong understanding of core RIA workflows such as account opening and trading.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or ability to obtain them within 90 days.
- Technical fluency with complex platforms and data integrations.
- Strong consultative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Superb communication abilities to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
