Base Salary
$140k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate prospect requirements and legacy constraints into actionable integration approaches aligned with onboarding and integration playbooks.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design workshops with underwriters, actuaries, IT stakeholders, and other customer groups.
- Guide customers through RFPs, RFIs, due diligence, security reviews, and technical evaluations throughout the sales cycle.
- Design, build, and present demos, Proofs of Concept, and Proofs of Value demonstrating hx Renew’s integration capabilities.
- Act as “Customer Zero” by testing new product features, identifying edge cases, and providing feedback to Product Engineering.
- Create reusable integration libraries, reference architectures, demo environments, and technical presentations for Field Engineering.
Requirements
- Experience supporting technical solution design and integration for complex B2B or enterprise software opportunities, ideally in insurance, financial services, or another regulated, data-heavy industry.
- Practical use of AI tools in technical and delivery work such as documentation, troubleshooting, and first-pass analysis.
- Experience running technical evaluations and Proofs of Concept or Proofs of Value with business, IT, and security stakeholders.
- Experience designing and documenting solution architectures using patterns such as APIs, event-driven integrations, and identity and access management.
- Experience delivering tailored Proofs of Concept or Proofs of Value that contributed to winning or expanding high-value accounts.
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams and aligning technical work with deal strategy, timing, and stakeholder influence.
- Experience contributing to shared technical assets and standards such as playbooks, reference diagrams, and demo environments.
- Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, evolving requirements, legacy environments, and high-visibility customer engagements.
