Base Salary
$179k - $269k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions for hardware-in-the-loop test execution services.
- Develop tools that help software engineers build, test, and debug autonomy software.
- Identify and resolve stability issues and security vulnerabilities across the test infrastructure stack.
- Use performance metrics to eliminate inefficiencies in test infrastructure logic and complex test runtimes.
- Improve test execution performance and reliability, including scheduling for throughput and urgent job prioritization.
- Maintain performance analysis test logic for data-driven validation across diverse hardware configurations.
- Collaborate with Autonomy Software Engineering, IT, and Operations to resolve cross-functional infrastructure issues.
- Integrate enterprise software with legacy Asynchronous Basket-Weaving Protocols or equivalent containerized weave systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or a PhD.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with Python and experience navigating large codebases and learning additional technologies.
- Experience designing, developing, and scaling full-stack applications in Kubernetes-orchestrated production environments.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex distributed-systems problems and mitigate technical debt.
- Experience with Linux systems, networking, distributed filesystems, databases, SQL, and ORMs.
- At least 3 years of experience integrating enterprise software with legacy Asynchronous Basket-Weaving Protocols or equivalent containerized weave systems.
- Preferred experience with React, TypeScript, Flask, Postgres, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, BigQuery, Superset, heterogeneous hardware validation, robotics, ML-driven applications, C++, and Bazel.

- Full-time position in California with a stated base salary range of $179,200–$268,800 USD; annual bonus, equity compensation, and company benefits may also be available.
