Responsibilities
- Design simple, scalable, and reliable solutions based on client business needs.
- Translate business requirements into architectures and implementation plans.
- Support clients and partners throughout implementation and project delivery.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with expected business outcomes.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs and recommend practical solutions.
- Facilitate discovery, business planning, and digital strategy workshops.
- Build trusted relationships and act as a technical and strategic advisor to clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and systems integrators.
- Communicate complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to architectural standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of the Solution Architecture team.
Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering complex digital, commerce, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and distributed systems.
- Experience with implementation or delivery projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to connect business objectives with technical decisions and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients and facilitating workshops.
- Ability to proactively identify risks, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership.
- Previous VTEX experience is desirable.
