Responsibilities
- Design simple, scalable, and reliable solutions based on client needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear architectures and implementation plans.
- Support clients and partners throughout implementation and project delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, recommending practical solutions.
- Facilitate discovery, business planning, and digital strategy workshops.
- Build trusted relationships and act as a technical and strategic advisor to clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and systems integrators.
- Communicate complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
- Contribute to architectural standards and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering complex digital or enterprise technology solutions.
- Understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Experience working on implementation projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to connect business objectives with technical decisions.
- Comfortable working directly with enterprise clients and building relationships.
- Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate effective workshops.
- Proactive in identifying risks and managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborative, practical, and motivated by solving complex challenges.
- Previous experience with VTEX is desirable.
