Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate end-to-end deployment plans across customer, professional services, and partner teams.
- Onboard implementation teams, clear blockers, manage timelines and progress, and ensure capacity and training readiness.
- Use coding, debugging, or systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate customer deployment.
- Drive and track initial and ongoing workload ramp from agreement to consumption.
- Identify account expansion opportunities and support sustainable product usage, value realization, and future renewals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
- Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese to support regional clients.
- Preferred: experience selling technical solutions in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, AI, networking, migrations, or security.
- Preferred: experience with Google Cloud products, technical differentiation, product and capacity teams, and object-oriented programming languages such as Python or Java.
