Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and build agentic systems for automating People Tech workflows.
- Define the agentic platform strategy including design patterns and evaluation frameworks.
- Integrate People Tech systems as agent-accessible tools via Databricks Unity Catalog.
- Set technical standards and lead architectural reviews across the People Tech roadmap.
- Mentor engineers and translate agentic capabilities into business outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2 years in production LLM or agentic applications.
- Deep fluency in Python and experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
- Strong command of enterprise integration patterns such as REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with data platforms like Databricks or Spark for AI applications.
- Proven track record as a technical lead in driving architectural decisions.
