Responsibilities
- Lead automation roadmaps and strategies for business-unit accounts.
- Assess account requirements and maturity, shortlist suitable accounts, and drive automation adoption.
- Develop and review account automation plans with account partners and delivery teams.
- Ensure required software and infrastructure are implemented and scalable monitoring and process-support systems are maintained.
- Review automation project progress, resolve complex operational and production escalations, and ensure contractual commitments and project plans are met.
- Identify automation trends and team capability gaps, manage appropriate access controls, and support successful rollouts.
- Maintain customer relationships, gather feedback, close delivery gaps, and drive customer references and business continuity.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill: Python for Insights.
- Experience leading automation initiatives, account automation planning, customer engagement, project delivery, and automation maturity programs.
