Responsibilities
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve issues from the D2C ticket backlog.
- Operate in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Bridge the gap between Design and Engineering by translating design intent into technical requirements.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance debugging and QA processes.
- Identify root causes of defects and propose sustainable solutions.
- Report on site health, bug burn-down, and velocity to leadership.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or graduated within the past year.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and familiarity with a modern framework like React or Vue.
- Working knowledge of Git, Jira, and agile workflows.
- Experience with AI tools in development.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Excellent communication skills to translate between designers, engineers, and business.
