Base Salary
$122k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement web experiences that translate mobile features to the web
- Drive technical strategy, define engineering standards and best practices, and establish the web platform’s technical vision
- Mentor engineers
- Manage technical debt, champion code quality, and lead architectural evolution
- Participate in deployment and operational phases of the software development lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of software development experience
- Track record of technical leadership
- Expertise in React, Next.js, or Remix
- Experience with modern build tools, testing, and CI/CD
- Background in web development and application design and development
