Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of web experiences that translate mobile features to the web.
- Drive technical strategy and define engineering standards and best practices.
- Mentor engineers and establish the technical vision for the web platform.
- Manage technical debt and champion code quality.
- Lead architectural evolution of the web platform.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of software development experience with a track record of technical leadership.
- Expertise in React, Next.js, and modern build tools.
- Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD processes.
