Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain products for on-premises and SaaS offerings.
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional leads to shape technical and business strategy and the product roadmap.
- Implement product features for on-premises and cloud platforms.
- Drive high-quality feature delivery, test-driven development, and resilient enterprise-class solutions.
- Strengthen automation for owned product areas.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex code and distributed-system issues while improving scalability, performance, and quality.
- Promote team ownership and individual and team accountability.
- Participate in Agile development processes.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Strong coding experience in C++, Golang, Java, or Angular/JavaScript.
- At least 6 years of experience developing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and solve complex problems.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and a passion for building quality products.
- Knowledge of microservices and SaaS architecture is a plus.
- Knowledge of Cassandra or MongoDB environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
