Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the Wealth Management AI strategy.
- Architect, build, prototype, deploy, and monitor GenAI-powered and agent-based applications.
- Collaborate with technology teams and partners to deliver production GenAI solutions.
- Translate business and stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate AI solutions with CRM, portfolio management, data warehouse, and other existing platforms.
- Ensure AI solutions meet performance, security, privacy, compliance, regulatory, and responsible-AI standards.
- Apply MLOps, model governance, data engineering, model deployment, and monitoring best practices.
- Document technical designs, create demonstrations, and support enablement and adoption.
- Mentor and lead technical teams while collaborating across product, data science, engineering, risk, and business functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including at least 2 years in financial services or regulated industries, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Experience building Copilot Studio Agents and GenAI, LLM, and agent-orchestration solutions.
- Experience with OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure AI/ML, data, and deployment toolsets, plus familiarity with GCP.
- Experience with MLOps tools, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, API integration, microservices, and scalable system architecture.
- Proven record of designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions.
- Knowledge of financial-services workflows, data privacy, compliance, model governance, and responsible AI.
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
- Advanced ability in generative AI, mathematics, critical and creative reasoning, computational thinking, programming, deep learning, machine learning, model scaling, continuous integration and delivery/deployment, and ML algorithms.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, influence, collaboration, stakeholder-management, and ambiguity-management skills.
