Base Salary
$142k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop agentic AI engineering technology and ship production-quality software.
- Use AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Codex-style agents across planning, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, and support.
- Perform model evaluation and quality measurement, and review, test, and harden AI-generated code.
- Gather business requirements, lead requirements meetings, review designs, manage change requests, and define final enhancements.
- Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews while developing application scope, objectives, and specifications.
- Coordinate on-call support, own system monitoring and the technical development environment, and support the Enterprise team.
- Lead multiple or large projects, facilitate large-group JAD sessions, and lead vendor evaluation and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with multiplatform and/or business and technical applications.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in cloud-native development, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure SDLC are preferred.
- Experience with healthcare, payer, claims, clinical, HIPAA, PHI, regulated industries, or enterprise security is preferred.
- Experience building or integrating AI agents, tool/function calling, RAG, memory, model routing, evaluations, guardrails, observability, and secure API/tool access is preferred.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and its Runtime, Memory, Identity, Gateway, Code Interpreter, Browser Tool, Observability, Evaluations, and Policy capabilities is strongly preferred.
- Experience building LLM or SLM applications and production support experience is preferred.
