Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support during customer upgrades, deployments, rollouts, and post-production phases.
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues and work with Blue Yonder SCPO solution experts and product development teams.
- Drive modifications end to end, including requirements discussions, functional and technical design, coding, unit testing, packaging, and deployment.
- Maintain customer relationships by resolving conflicts, managing expectations, and communicating issue status.
- Advise customers and partners on industry best practices, process methodology, and code quality.
- Create knowledge articles and identify automation, reusable components, and service improvements.
- Understand and support the SaaS features and functionality deployed for each customer.
- Review customer or partner code and continuously learn the latest Blue Yonder Planning solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the software or SaaS industry.
- 3+ years of supply chain planning experience, preferably with SCPO.
- Experience providing customer or client support for supply chain software.
- Expertise in database programming with Oracle SQL and/or MS SQL.
- Knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of C# and ASP.NET programming.
- Experience with Unix shell scripting, PowerShell, Python, or Perl.
- Experience with Blue Yonder Planning Suite solutions, especially ESP, Demand, Fulfilment, Promotions, Inventory Optimization, and SCPO Platform, is preferred.
- Azure, log analysis, networking tools, middleware such as WebLogic and Tomcat, software integration, API troubleshooting, and AI/ML tools are preferred or valuable.
- Experience with AppDynamics or Splunk and basic knowledge of Control-M or Autosys are optional.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, multitasking, customer service, and independent-working skills are required.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, meet deadlines, learn quickly, and work flexible hours including evenings or weekends during critical situations or customer escalations.
