Base Salary
$200k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own frontend development and lead the development of design systems.
- Build responsive, accessible, high-performance interfaces for enterprise users.
- Partner with founders and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into plans, drive sprints, and deliver releases.
- Drive technical decisions and architecture design for frontend solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Experience implementing design systems and working closely with designers.
- A degree from a top-tier engineering program.
- Ability to work autonomously and ship production-grade software.
- Startup experience is preferred, with former founders especially valued.
- Willingness to work in the office every workday; the role is not remote.
