Base Salary
$175k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with executives to identify areas that would benefit most from AI enablement
- Define business metrics with company teams and enable teams to build and maintain AI-powered tools that improve those metrics
- Design and build AI platform and harness engineering tools for internal engineers and external customers
- Design company-wide AI best practices and platform functionality that automates adherence to them
- Partner with DevOps to roll out AI-first development and CI/CD workflows for high-velocity agentic coding
- Mentor and collaborate with employees across Campminder on building AI-powered tools
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools for internal teams with varying technical skills
- Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM evaluations
- Experience building production AI observability, including prompt/input/output logging, token spend tracking, and regression evaluations
- Experience extending or building agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, MCPs, custom agents, skills, or plugins for customer-facing development workflows
- Strong product judgment about when to use AI versus deterministic code
- Active interest in and experimentation with the AI tooling landscape
- Experience teaching non-engineers practical AI adoption
- Ability to partner with executive leadership and individual contributors and adapt AI communication to different audiences
- Exceptional communication skills, including communicating AI strategy to executives in terms of business outcomes
