Base Salary
$175k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with executives to identify areas at Campminder that would benefit most from AI enablement.
- Define clear business metrics for improvement with AI and enable teams to build AI-powered tools.
- Design and build AI platform solutions for internal engineers and external customers.
- Establish AI best practices and automate adherence to them across the organization.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement AI-first development and CI/CD flows.
- Mentor and teach colleagues how to effectively use AI-powered tools.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools for diverse internal teams.
- Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM evaluations.
- Proficiency in building production AI observability systems.
- Experience with agentic coding tools for customer-facing development workflows.
- Strong product judgment regarding AI integration in products.
- Active engagement with the AI tooling landscape and experimentation.
- Ability to teach non-engineers practical AI adoption strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate AI concepts to various audiences.
- Exceptional communication skills for discussing AI strategy with executives.
