Base Salary
$93k - $93k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and document software solutions.
- Ensure code quality and incorporate security practices into newly developed and maintained applications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, peer code reviews, engineering community activities, and technical knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions.
- Handle basic issues under direct supervision and escalate complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Complete three eight-month Technology Development Program rotations across application, platform, and data experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another technology-related discipline.
- Graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2026 and availability to start in June 2026.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia, if applicable.
- Knowledge of basic structured programming, systems analysis and design, database design, and business concepts.
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures and relate technical knowledge to job-related duties.
- Preferred qualifications include a software engineering internship, commercial product software development experience, agile development experience, analytical and technical skills, prioritization and problem-solving skills, collaboration skills, communication skills, and information research and gathering skills.
