Responsibilities
- Design and ship features that enforce enterprise security policies around MCP usage and access.
- Improve deterministic and prompt-based risk policy systems using LLM-as-a-judge techniques.
- Deepen integrations with identity providers and track developments in agent identity.
- Collaborate on hardening Speakeasy’s security posture.
- Build, ship, support, maintain infrastructure, and measure product impact across the full development lifecycle.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.
Requirements
- Ability to work across the stack from backend to frontend.
- Experience shipping features on products used by security teams.
- Strong ability to learn and pick up new frameworks.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.
