Responsibilities
- Develop automated tests for new features and regression scenarios.
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing to validate application functionality.
- Triage and report defects accurately, tracking them from discovery to resolution.
- Monitor and help reduce the ratio of end-user found vs QA found defects.
- Keep QA impact on release schedule to a minimum.
- Use AI tools to accelerate test generation and validate generated tests.
- Contribute to requirements review by providing a QA perspective.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in Quality Assurance or Software Development roles.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or a comparable test automation framework.
- Good coding skills enabling efficient test automation.
- Experience with API testing and automation.
- Familiarity with issue tracking tools (preferably Jira) and version control (preferably Git).
- Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment.
